Rare opportunity to for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a full service, commercial firm into their fantastic L500 listed corporate team. This award winning corporate team are looking for a corporate solicitor with atleast 3 years’ PQE.

This corporate team are based in Cheltenham and you will be joining a busy, growing team where you will be able to broaden your corporate experience.

You will be working on a range of corporate transactions to include M&A, restructuring, reorganisations, JV and advising on cross border tax issues. You can expect to get involved in lots of business development and be encouraged to supervise junior members of the corporate team.

The successful corporate solicitor will have gained 3 years’ PQE from a strong regional or national practice.
