Real estate Solicitor – Agricultural – Bristol

Rare and exciting opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join one of the largest real estate groups in the UK. This real estate group are able to show one of the leading agricultural teams who represent some of the country's biggest private landowners.

This agricultural real estate team advise corporate and charitable bodies as well as significant private estates. Your caseload will include buying and selling, advising on land development, working on a wide range of green energy projects, landlord/tenant and real estate finance.

You will be a real estate solicitor with atleast 3 years’ PQE. You’ll be able to show real estate experience – ideally in landlord and tenant, transactional and real estate finance. You must be able to show an interest in agricultural property work.
