Employment Solicitor – South Wales

We are excited to be working with this strong Welsh practice in their recruitment for an employment solicitor. This employment solicitor will be joining a growing employment team at an exciting time! You’ll be based from the Cardiff office on a flexible and hybrid basis.

As the successful employment solicitor, you will be working on a range of contentious and non contentious employment work for a range of great clients. Your employment caseload will include; restructuring, disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and day to day HR issues.

This employment team advise and act for a broad range of commercial clients from listed corporations to mid-market and emerging businesses. You will be working predominantly on behalf of respondent clients.

You will have atleast 2 years’ PQE and have a broad background in employment law. Ideally, this will be in respondent work, but please still apply if this is more broadly mixed.
