Property Litigation Solicitor – Bournemouth

We are assisting this large law firm in their recruitment for a property litigation solicitor to join as an NQ. You will be joining a successful L500 property litigation team who work on a wide range of commercial property litigation matters.

As the successful property litigation solicitor, you will be working on property litigation caseload to include landlord and tenant, contract disputes, nuisance, trespass, boundary disputes, adverse possession, easements and property related professional negligence claims.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to join this successful team. Please apply if you have had property litigation experience as part of a training seat or as PQE. We would also consider someone who has had some property litigation experience as part of a commercial litigation caseload.
