Corporate Solicitor – 3 PQE+ South Wales

We are instructed by an excellent law firm who are looking for an experienced corporate solicitor to work on a wide range of complex corporate transactions. This corporate team are based in Cardiff on a hybrid and flexible basis.

As a corporate solicitor in this award winning corporate team, you’ll be working with a wide range of clients to include start-ups, high growth companies and large corporations. Your caseload will include corporate finance, join ventures, M&A, disposals, partnering arrangements, buy-ins and outs, business stansafter and restructuring.

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years’ PQE gained at a large law firm. You will have excellent communication skills, sound commercial awareness and a flexible approach when working under pressure.
