Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ+

We are working with an excellent clinical negligence team, who are based in South Wales in their search for a clinical negligence solicitor. This highly ranked clinical negligence team are looking to hire a clinical negligence solicitor from NQ plus. We are looking for this clinical negligence solicitor to be a part of the Swansea office.

The successful clinical negligence solicitor will be managing your own clinical negligence caseload from inception to completion. This will include birth trauma, delays in diagnosis/misdiagnosis, surgical mistakes, medical advice errors and the administration of the incorrect medication.

You must be able to show that you have experience in clinical negligence – perhaps this is as part of your training contract? If you have a number of years’ experience in clinical negligence, we would be interested to hear from you too. Perhaps you have personal injury experience and are keen to move across into clinical negligence.
