We are instructed by this growing Top 200 law firm in their recruitment for a residential property lawyer to work on a wide range of residential property matters. This residential property lawyer will be joining the office in Exeter.

You will be managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

It is important that you are a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with experience in residential property. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
