Family Law Solicitor – South Wales

We are seeking a talented and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our well-established law firm in South Wales. This family law team are ideally looking for someone with 3 yeas PQE, but if you are an NQ with paralegal experience, please apply. You will be based in Newport or Cardiff on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of private and public family law matters.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in private and public family law matters, including divorce, Children Act matters, financial remedy and childcare.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3 years’ experience in family law – either pre or post qualification.
• Able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge in family/matrimonial law,
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team,
• Commitment to providing a high level of client care.
