Court of Protection Solicitor – Exeter

Excellent opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading law firm.

The successful Court of Protection solicitor will be joining a successful Court of Protection team, who are based in Exeter.

You will be providing representation to clients within the Mental Capacity Act, managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs and accounts, personal injury trusts and applications to the Court of Protection. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to carry out business development and to supervise junior members of the team. You will be a key part of this Court of Protection team.

You will be a qualified solicitor who has experience in Court of Protection and mental capacity work. You will have atleast 4 years PQE in this type of work.
