We are recruiting for a commercial litigation solicitor to join this reputable commercial litigation team who are based in Bristol. This commercial litigation solicitor will be working on a caseload for claimants and defendant on a varied commercial litigation caseload.
This team are highly regarded and are experts in their field. You’ll be working on a busy caseload of contractual disputes, defamation, professional negligence, shareholders disputes, IP/IT disputes and contentious probate.
It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in commercial litigation from a good commercial firm.
Ideally, you will have 1 year PQE, but please apply if you are an NQ or have more experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join a firm with an excellent reputation, not only in commercial litigation, but firm wide. This firm are known for their mature and hybrid working policies and progression framework.
