Your residential property caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and lease extensions and shared ownership. You will have the opportunity to work high net worth matters.

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in residential property. ~You’ll be able to shaow that you are comfortable with managing your own residential property caseload and build connections in your market.
