We have received an exciting instruction to assist a market leading employment team in their recruitment for a driven employment solicitor. This employment solicitor will be joining this highly ranked employment team, to work on a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment work for high quality clients, in the public and private sector.

Due to a number of client wins, this team are growing at an impressive rate. You will be joining highly ranked and respected employment lawyers and will be managing a caseload of great employment work. Amongst a very varied caseload, your employment law work will include:-

• Assisting with disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies,
• Reviewing policies, contracts and procedures,
• Advising on TUPE processes,
• Employment tribunal claims,
• Day to day HR advice.

We are looking for an Employment Solicitors with atleast 1 years' PQE. You will be able to show experience of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, ideally with more of a focus on acting for respondents.
