Education Solicitor – Bristol

Education solicitor is sought to join a reputable education team based in Bristol. You will be an experienced education law solicitor and have atleast 4 years’ PQE.

Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice and representation in education disputes, particularly in the areas of human rights and public law.
• Managing a varied caseload of education disputes performing legal research, and developing case strategies.
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for cases.
• Contributing to the development and growth of the education practice within the firm.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience in education disputes, human rights/public law in private practice.
• A strong understanding of the education sector and the legal frameworks that govern it.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
