Commercial Solicitor – Projects
We are partnering with this highly ranked firm in their recruitment for a commercial solicitor to join their projects team to work on a range of projects in the energy sector. This commercial solicitor will be atleast 5 years’ PQE and be able to show a high calibre background of projects in the energy sector. We are recruiting for the Bristol office.
You will be joining this very impressive team who span Bristol and London and work on project development, commercial energy contracts, project finance and restructuring. You will be advising developers, sponsors and lenders both nationally and internationally. This projects team are known for their energy innovation work as well as decentralised and decarbonised energy dealings. Providing advice on a range of low carbon technologies to include solar, wind, storage, biomass green hydrogen, small nuclear reactors and electric vehicle charging. As the senior member of the team, you will be responsible for the supervision of junior solicitors and taking a leading part in the large scale projects.
It is important that you are a commercial solicitor with atleast 5 years’ PQE and a solid understanding of the regulations and commercial contracts that make up energy projects.
