Commercial Property Solicitor

We are keen to speak to junior commercial property solicitors who are looking to for a role to work with a highly regarded commercial property team. This commercial property team get involved in an excellent quality of work and work collegiately.

As part of this great commercial property team, you will be working on a range of work to include sales & acquisitions, landlord & tenant, real estate finance and development. You will be based from the office in Bournemouth, hybrid working can be discussed.

The successful commercial property solicitor will have atleast 1 year PQE and be able to demonstrate good academics. You will be able to show that you have experience in general commercial property, it would be an advantage if you had an interest in agricultural property.

There is truly a great opportunity to be had here, with a firm who pride themselves on the development of their lawyers at all levels. Working closely with partners, you will have a key part to play on high quality matters. There are also plenty of opportunities to socialise with your team mates and enjoy a lovely culture.
