**Busy Residential Property Team**

We are looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their busy residential conveyancing team. This residential conveyancing team have experienced some impressive growth and they are ready to add another residential conveyancing solicitor to their successful residential conveyancing team! You’ll be joining the residential property team in Bridgend.

You will be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive/licenced conveyancer) who has experience in managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. You will manage a caseload from inception to completion, this will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, along with remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity.

You will be encouraged to get involved in business development and networking. There is a huge opportunity for someone to build themselves a great name in the residential conveyancing market in South Wales!
