Commercial Property Solicitor – Taunton

Large national law firm are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their successful commercial property team, based in Taunton. This commercial property team work on a broad range of commercial property work to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant and agricultural. Ideally, this commercial property solicitor will be atleast 1 year PQE.

Role:

• Providing legal advice on a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Advising clients on property development projects, negotiating and drafting documents.
• Handling property finance and investment transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
• Keeping abreast of changes and developments in property law and practice.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property – our client is happy to consider NQ solicitors with a training seat in commercial property.
• Demonstrable experience in managing own commercial property caseload.
• Proactive approach with a strong client service ethic
