Due to impressive growth in this Housing Litigation team, they are looking for a housing litigation solicitor to work on a wide range of housing litigation work. This housing litigation solicitor will be based from the office in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

You will be working on a varied housing litigation caseload for a wide range of clients to include landlords and housing associations on a range of housing management issues to include possession, injunctions, breach of tenancy, disrepair, service charge disputes and much more.

It is important that you have atleast 1 year PQE with demonstrable housing litigation experience. Ideally, this will be acting for landlords and housing associations.
