Residential Conveyancing – Bristol

Multi office, firm are seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their busy residential property team. Our client is happy to consider residential property solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers.

This residential conveyancing team are going from strength to strength and are looking for a residential conveyancing lawyer to join them at an exciting period of growth.

Your residential conveyancing caseload will include sales and purchases or freehold/leasehold, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity and you will be managing this from start to completion.

You will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. You will be able to demonstrate atleast 3 years’ experience.
