Litigation Solicitor NQ+ – Cardiff

We are excited to be working with this Top 100 firm who are looking for a litigation solicitor to join their market leading litigation team to work on a range of injury and sickness claims in the military sector. This specialist litigation team are based in Cardiff.

As the successful litigation solicitor, you will be working on a specialist caseload working on behalf of military service personnel who are bringing a claim against the Ministry of Defence. Your caseload will be from start to finish and you will be required to draft witness statements, issue proceedings, instruct medical experts, prepare schedules of loss and much more.

You will be a qualified solicitor with 0-3 years PQE in litigation – this may be in general civil litigation or personal injury on the claimant side. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with noise induced hearing loss matters.
