Corporate Solicitor – Bristol

We are excited to be instructed by this large Top 100 firm in their recruitment for a corporate solicitor. This dynamic corporate team are based in Bristol.

This legal 500 listed corporate team are part of a commercial law firm who are have an excellent national reputation and going from strength to strength.

As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on a busy corporate caseload to include private equity, transactional M&A, restructuring and corporate support work. You’ll be playing a big role in business development for the corporate team – maintaining the existence client base and winning new work.

You will have atleast 3 years PQE and be able to demonstrate a good level of corporate experience, ideally from a large regional or national firm.

There is an opportunity for somebody to step up into an associate or senior associate position, alongside a fantastic, streamlined career progression structure. This firm are fantastic with providing support and training to their staff and you can expect coaching and mentoring programmes alongside more technical training sessions.
