We are working with this award winning regional firm who are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their commercial property team. This commercial property team are well known for their client service and excellent quality of commercial property work. You will be joining the firm’s office in Swindon.

Due to a number of client wins, they are looking to grow their commercial property team. You will be working on a range of general property work to include acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and agricultural property work. You will be supervising a junior solicitor.

To be considered for this role, you must have atleast 4 years PQE in commercial property work. Ideally, you will have had experience in supervision of junior members of the team, but please still apply if this is something that you’d like to get into.
