Commercial Solicitor 2PQE+ Bristol

We are seeking a dynamic commercial solicitor to join this fantastic, highly ranked, commercial team based in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This commercial role will involve working on a wide range of commercial contracts in the technology and outsourcing sector. You will be a commercial solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing agreements,
• Advising clients on data protection and privacy implications. Your caseload will include reviewing and advising on largescale technology and outsourcing contracts.
• Assisting with the growth of the team through managing new and existing client relationships.
• Providing legal advice and support on data protection/privacy matters,
• Complex contracts across multiple sectors including financial, retail and consumer sector, amongst others.
• Working for a national and global client base shared between the Bristol and London office.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE. You will be able to show experience in commercial contracts in the technology and outsourcing space.
• Strong knowledge of data protection, privacy laws and regulations.
• Be able to show that you are comfortable with general commercial contracts. 
• You will be proactive and ambitious, able to work effectively both independently and as a team.
