Property Litigation Solicitor – 1+ PQE – Bristol

Legal 500 listed Property Litigation team seeking a property litigation experience with atleast 1 year PQE. This property litigation team are based nationally, but you will be joining the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

You’ll be working on a busy property litigation caseload for an enviable client list to include central Government, social housing providers, local authorities, secured lenders, NHS and healthcare bodies, education sector clients and property developers. Your caseload will be wholly commercial property litigation; restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent and service charge disputes, insolvency and easements.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor with atleast 1 year PQE in property litigation. If this is as part of a wider caseload, please apply. You will be keen to assist with business development, have good communication skills and show a commercial mindset.
