Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 4+ PQE

We are assisting an excellent firm who are looking for a Real Estate Finance solicitor to work in their Real Estate Finance team. This Real Estate Finance Solicitor will be based in their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

Joining as a senior associate, you will be working on a range of real estate finance across multiple sectors. You will be required to provide supervision to junior members of the team and getting involved in business development.

Working for both lenders and borrowers, you’ll work for clinets such as domestic and international banks, debt funds and alternative lenders. Your caseload will include complex, sometimes international, transactions – working closely with the banking and finance team. You can expect to work on portfolio transactions, high value single asset deals and development financing.

We are looking for an experienced solicitor who has real estate finance experience from a reputable real estate finance team. Ideally, you will have atleast 4 years’ experience, but please apply if you have more or less.
