Our client is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their commercial property team to work on a variety of development and commercial property work. You must have atleast 4 years’ PQE in commercial property and be able to show experience in development work.  

This commercial property solicitor will be joining due to a great period of growth and is an exciting time to join.

Your caseload will include land acquisition options, promotion, and development agreements, due dilifence, finance matters, joint ventures and site set up for subsequent sales of plots.

The right candidate will be offered hybrid working and a mature working environment.
