Residential Property Solicitor

We are excited to be assisting this fantastic well established law firm in their recruitment for a residential property solicitor. This residential property team are based in Exeter.

Role:

• Handling a caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
• Providing high-quality residential property legal advice and support to clients.

Qualifications:

• Be qualified as a solicitor, CILEX or CLC.
• You will have solid experience in residential conveyancing and be able to manage your own caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills
