Construction Solicitor – Bristol

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction solicitor to work with a market leading, boutique law firm, whose construction team is going from strength to strength. There is the opportunity within the construction team to deal with contentious construction work with the view to joining as a senior associate.

You will be working on a caseload of claims against construction engineers from inception to completion, including advocacy. You’ll be advising on case strategy, liaising with other senior professionals and managing complex issues.

It is important that you are a qualified solicitor with experience in construction – ideally this will be in contentious, but please still apply if this is from a mixed contentious and non contentious background. You will have atleast 3 years’ PQE and be able to show that you are comfortable when dealing with intricate points of law.
