Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol

Exciting opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join a Top 25 firm into their outstanding, top tier property litigation team due to client wins. This property litigation team are based in Bristol and you will be joining on a hybrid basis.

As the successful property litigation solicitor, you’ll be advising an enviable client base to include national landlords & tenants, public sector, developers, investors and FTSE 250 household names.

Your caseload will include general property issues, electronics communications code, landlord & tenant (renewals, dilapidations, break notices etc), adverse possession, easements and title disputes.

You’ll be joining a firm who have an exceptional career progression framework and are super supportive of their fee earners and staff. You’ll receive lots of training and encouragement to progress.

You will be a property litigation solicitor with atleast 5 years’ PQE. You will have a good technical ability and be confident with business development.
