Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate/Partner) – Bournemouth

We’re working with a highly regarded commercial firm who are looking to expand their award-winning Corporate team with a senior corporate hire for their Bournemouth office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate senior associate or partner-level solicitor to play a key role in growing and developing the corporate offering in Bournemouth, with full support from the wider teams in other offices.

You’ll be joining a large corporate law team, known for its transactional expertise. The work will have a strong M&A focus, as well as advising on disposals, shareholder agreements, share options, and corporate restructures.

The firm are looking for someone commercially aware, technically strong and proactive when it comes to business development. You’ll need to be organised, confident managing your own caseload, and keen to help lead the development of this office.

This role would suit a corporate lawyer already operating at senior level and ready for that next step – whether you’re looking to grow a team or bring existing client relationships into a new, well-supported platform.
