Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Location: Plymouth

Our client, a distinguished and well-established law firm based in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including Partnership/Company Disputes, Professional Negligence, landlord and tenant matters.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to SME clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Actively participate in networking events to contribute to business development.
• Demonstrate technical skills in dispute resolution matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution.
• Strong litigation skills with experience in various litigated matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Ambition and desire to develop a personal client portfolio.
