Corporate Solicitor – 3+ PQE

We are working with a niche business services firm who are looking for a corporate solicitor to join their busy corporate team. This junior corporate solicitor will be working on an excellent quality of corporate work.

Based from Bristol or Cardiff, you will be working for a variety of clients from start up’s to plc’s working on M&A, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganisations and corporate finance. This firm pride themselves on their client knowledge and service and are a ‘one stop shop’ for their clients business needs.

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years experience with a reputable corporate team. If you have more experience, please still apply.
