There is a real mix of residential property work of all values. Your caseload will consist of;

• Conveyancing - sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold.
• Complex land law issues,
• Landlord and Tenant,
• First registrations
• Re-mortgages 

On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well regarded teams across Somerset.
