Residential Property Solicitor – Cardiff

We are working with this Top 100 law firm in their search for a residential property solicitor to work on a range of residential development. This residential property team are based in Cardiff.

The successful residential property solicitor will be managing their own newbuild conveyancing caseload to include plot sales, shared ownership, part exchanges and site set up.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in residential property. Please still apply if you do not have experience in newbuild work but you must have a desire to do this.
