A great opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a south west multi office practice, this role will be working from the Bath office. You will be joining an experienced dispute resolution team where you will be able to learn from the partners and progress through the ranks. This role would suit an NQ upwards, so if you have a commercial litigation training seat and ambition to qualify in commercial litigation – this role could be for you!
The successful dispute resolution solicitor will be working on a range of work to include property litigation, contentious probate, commercial disputes, professional negligence, construction and much more. No two days will be the same, as the variety of work is there.
You must be a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in commercial litigation and have an active interest in this.
