Employment Law Solicitor – Cardiff
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join this dynamic employment law team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis. As the successful Employment Law Solicitor, you will be joining a top tier employment law team and get involved in a high quality of employment law work.
Role:
- Managing a caseload of employment law – both contentious and non contentious.
- Acting mainly for respondents.
- Conducting negotiations, settlement agreements, and representing clients in employment tribunal cases.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Qualifications:
- You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Be able to show solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ideally for respondent clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
