Employment Law Solicitor – Bristol

Award winning, highly ranked employment team are seeking an employment law solicitor to join them as a senior associate. This employment law solicitor will be working from the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Working for both employees and employers on a range of contentious and non contentious work.
• Your caseload will include discrimination, whistleblowing, employee capability, unfair dismissal, TUPE, policies, HR advice, grievances and more for public and private sector clients.
• Providing support to junior members of the team and getting involved in business development.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 4 years’ PQE with experience from a reputable employment law team and be able to show an excellent level of technical ability.
• Ideally, your experience will be from a respondent background, but please apply if this is from a mix.
• You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent client care and be able to work well within a team.
