We are working with a Top 50 law firm in their recruitment for a tax solicitor to join a reputable tax team who work on corporate and real estate tax matters. This Tax team are listed in the Legal 500.
This tax solicitor will be joining a national based tax team who work collegiately and closely within the team and in the wider firm. You will receive excellent support here whilst working on top quality tax work and advice.
This tax team work on a range of matters to include VAT, SDLT, employment tax, remuneration planning, offshore structuring along with the full remit of corporate tax for a range of clients from professionals, individuals, business owners, investors and private equity businesses.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 2 years PQE in this area of law and be able to demonstrate experience in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, SDLT, VAT and taxes arising out of employment law.
