Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Cardiff

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor to join this successful clinical negligence team. This clinical negligence position offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value clinical negligence cases in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Role:

As a Clinical Negligence solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients, and representing their best interests. You will work closely with partners and other team members to ensure the successful outcome of cases and contribute to the development and growth of the department.

Qualifications:

• A qualified solicitor with 0-6 years of PQE.
• Experience in clinical negligence law (claimant and/or defendant).
• Track record of handling complex and high-value cases.
• Commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
