Facility Plant Manager – Hull
£85,000 - £90,000 + 11% Bonus
39hr week (Monday – Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm, Friday 8.00am-3.00pm)

Our client is a world leading producer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Facility Plant Manager they provide genuine opportunities for progression.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure safe and reliable and efficient operation of production plant
Running the Operation department, finance/KPI management – return machine per hour, return occurring issues, managing standards
Experience of implementing LEAN techniques and streamlining processes
Oversee and overhaul the production processes to optimum efficiency and overall product quality to ensure that products are delivered OTI
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
In-depth knowledge of large plant equipment and maintenance work processes
Lean six sigma green belt
Practical engineering and leadership skills
Benefits Package:
£85,000 - £90,000 + 11% Bonus
