Position: Medical/Surgical Nurses
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical and surgical units.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, surgical procedures, and recovery plans.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (penalties apply).
