MMP Consultancy are excited to announce that we have partnered with a Housing Association based in Essex on a sole supply arrangement. MMP will be supporting the business which will be transferring over the next two years to become one of the largest maintenance providers in Essex. Their direct labour team will be looking to grow from 45 to 150 over the next year and this will create vast opportunities for career employment and be part of a progressive business.
MMP Consultancy are working with an Essex based Housing Association with the recruitment of a Multi Trade Tiler to join their Planned Works team. This will be on a straight permanent basis. The start date for this role is likely to be on the 1st April or before.
The successful candidate will:
• Hold an NVQ in a relevant trade
• Be multi skilled
• Have knowledge of health and safety
• Complete works to a high standard
• Be customer focused
