HSE Account Manager (03/10/2024) Nantes, France
We are looking for an HSE Account Manager / Chargé d'affaires HSE for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: November 2024
Duration of the mission: 8 months
Location: Nantes, France
Prerequisite:
- Coming from a Bac + 4/5 training (engineer, or 3rd cycle diploma),
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an HSE manager on similar projects,
- Technical knowledge of survey activities and vessels,
- Significant experience in carrying out HSE inspections of vessels,
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory (written and oral),
- Ability to adapt to integrate into the project teams already in place,
- Resistance to stress, ability to react to possible accidents,
- Writing skills,
- Communication and listening skills to carry out missions by integrating the multicultural dimension and the organizational complexity inherent in this type of project,
- Holder of a valid B licence,
- All modules of the GWO Basic Safety Training that are valid,
- Certificate of medical fitness for offshore work,
- H0V B0 electrical accreditation and PASS HTB supervisor level for onshore substations,
- Geographical proximity to the Noirmoutier connection.
Mission:
- It will be placed under the functional authority of the Project Director.
- He will work in collaboration with the HSE business manager of the Atlantic coast.
- It will also be attached to the "Health, Safety and Environment" Division of the Offshore Interconnections and Networks Engineering Department (DIIReM), which defines the HSE reference framework and methods for all connection and interconnection projects.
The HSE project manager:
- Carry out planned HSE visits in consultation with the batch managers and the engineering/operations managers and maritime operations managers,
- Carries out HSE visits and HSE inspections of ships,
- Reviews HSE documentation from COMPANY service providers
- Participates in the risk analysis sessions organized in plenary meetings,
- Participates, when necessary, in the analysis of HSE events,
- Fills in the register of significant HSE events of the project and ensures that it is updated,
- Collects information from service providers to carry out monthly reporting of HSE indicators,
- Uses and stores documents on the HSE DIIReM computer network in order to make information available,
- Ensures the relevance of the technical content of the General Coordination Plans within the framework of the 1994 decree,
- Ensures cohesion, harmonization of practices and the proper functioning of the coordination of the CSPS (Decree 94) / AEU (Decree 92) on the project,
- May participate in CISSCT and prior joint inspections,
- May participate in meetings between the producer and COMPANY
- Participates in the consolidation of feedback from batch managers,
- Ensures the link between the project team and HSE support when it exists,
- Participates through its feedback in the updates of the DIIREM HSE specifications,
- Participates in the cross-functional documentary preparation (DIIREM Info sécurité / environnement, MEMO, etc.),
- Monitors PPE used for offshore,
- Ensures regular internal HSE reporting to the HSE project manager of the façade.
