JOB PURPOSE
To provide marketing support in the delivery and execution of the casinos marketing plans and the marketing manager responsible for both venues.
MAIN DUTIES
- Provide hands-on assistance and support to the Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of promotional activities and events, including setting up POS, overseeing the running of draws on the casino floor, voucher counting, collation and distribution of briefs.
- Create direct mail, email and SMS communications as requested, adhering to group guidelines and approval processes.
- Source and book live entertainment and decorations for events and promotions.
- Utilise the print management system ‘For Good Print’ to produce marketing collateral to agreed briefs.
- Develop social media posts in line with the local and central strategy.
- Ensure the casino’s website and digital channels are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure operational teams are fully briefed on all marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all customer reviews are replied to on Review Push.
- Ensure all signage and on-property communications are current and in good order in line with our operational standards. Manage a point-of-sale schedule for the property.
- Be the first point of contact for all marketing queries in the casino.
- Ensure that content on both property multi-media systems (Kaleidovision) is current and that any system failures are reported.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Process invoices, monitor and raise accruals.
- Ensure that all activity adheres to the marketing and promotions manuals and all marketing collateral is approved as detailed in the compliance approvals process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS:

- Possess strong analytic, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
