Technical Key Account Specialist Poultry (Technical-Poultry) Saudi Arabia
Position Summary:
▪ Responsible for developing technical support, training and updates to the Saudi market concerning Zoetis Poultry products, diseases and outbreaks.
▪ Support to Saudi market by providing technical information on Zoetis Poultry Vaccines.
▪ Follow up on Zoetis Poultry Bios complaints by providing technical input.
▪ Preparation, presentation and communication of technical input on Zoetis Poultry Biological range for target customers in Saudi market.
▪ Technical input and follow up for Poultry marketing authorization process in Saudi market.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical care and technical support for poultry key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor the animal health surveillance and preventive medicine programs.
• Conduct local common poultry diseases prevalence studies.
• Follow up and supervise field/clinical trials in Poultry, reporting in key scientific magazines.
• Assist in the Veterinary aspects of training of newcomers and distributors teams.
• Conduct product technical knowledge trainings for newcomers and distributors teams.
• Assist in organizing the regional poultry customers seminars and activities.
• Provide research support on individual projects supporting registered strategic products.
• Active participation in the global poultry events and congresses.
• Participate in the Zoetis Hatchery support programs .
• Implement technical plans for the Zoetis Poultry Biologicals in Saudi market.
• Monitor, review and prepare added value programs for the Zoetis Poultry Biologicals in Saudi market.
• Gather field feedback, follow-up on outbreaks, expected opportunities and threats from the technical point of view and its impact on the Saudi Poultry business.
• Pay field visits to Saudi Key Accounts in Poultry and support their teams from a technical point of view.
• Networking with Poultry Key Opinion leaders, key officials and Key Accounts in Saudi Arabia to seek information and support technical analysis to contribute to debate and decision-making.
• Development of a computer-based technical information transfer system for external and internal Poultry customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Presenting in Saudi Arabia during key events, launches, seminars and focus panels in relation to Zoetis Poultry Biologicals.
• Technical audits/technical updates of promotional materials in relation to Zoetis Poultry Biologicals.
• Develop communication channels with the local team and with other Zoetis departments and improve the quality of ongoing technical information around Zoetis Poultry products in Saudi Arabia.
• Contribute to build a superior differentiated offer for the Saudi customers via advanced technical services.
• Follow up on the technical aspects in relation to the registration of new product/re-registration of in-line Poultry products in Saudi Arabia.
