- Preparing reconciliations & analysis for the GL
- Assisting with the audit preparation and audit fieldwork
- Assisting with the tax inspections preparation and fieldwork
- Additional tasks can be allocated as needed
Statutory Financials & Tax Responsibilities:
- Generate reports from SAP for preparing the analyses required by external auditors
- Prepare statutory financial statements in liaison with external auditors
- Extract documents from the archives for auditor’s field work
- Follow up with external audit team
- Prepare monthly/quarterly tax returns (payroll tax, VAT, withholding tax)
- Assist in tax inspection preparations
Operational Responsibilities:
- Work on monthly landed costs analysis and inventory costing
- Conduct regular inventory counts in warehouse with the inventory team
- Validate sales invoices with customer service and upload them on the e-invoicing portal
- Other tasks as requested
