THE ROLE
I am seeking a SITE MANAGER / BAULEITER in the Building Construction industry who fluent German and good English to join my client in Berlin.
The initial project is a Hotel so any previous experience of working on hotel construction would be useful.
Experience in the use of the VOB and other contracts is required.
THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants with offices in Berlin and in Munich.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced BAULEITER with more than 10 years site experience.
You will understand all aspects of building construction.
You will have worked for a large contractor on high value construction projects.
You will have good experience of managing others on site.
Ideally you will have worked on a variety of projects to include hotels, offices, residential etc.
You will have German as your first language and good English.
Good communication skills are essential.
