  • Service is 7 days 8:00 – 20:00 (flexi shifts available)
  • Location Base: Mellor House, Tamworth
  • Full Time or Part Time
  • Essential:  - Registered Healthcare Professional
  •  Physical Health Assessment qualification level 6 or 7
  • V300 Prescriber
  • To Start – ASAP
  • Must be a car driver and have own transport
  • Senior clinical decision maker, able to work autonomously
