Although their roots are in Building Services (and they are top of their game)!), they are keen to take their successes into new sectors, and a year ago set up a civil engineering discipline.

Headed up by one a highly talented Director, they have gone from strength to strength, growing the team to 5+ people, with plans to grow it even more to in the coming months. They have an enviable pipeline of projects and are already highly regarded in the industry.

They are looking for an associate or principal-level civil engineer to join them on their journey in the capacity of an Associate Director. There is already a strong, established pipeline of work, that you’ll have access to straight away.

This isn’t just a business development role, although you will be expected to build on already strong relationships.

Supported by the Director, you’ll take the lead on projects, coordinate with the wider project team, and help oversee and grow the team.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop at your speed, build your own career path, and have the independence to be yourself.
