Our client, a large trade association in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Benefits Communications Manager to support their team!
About You:
- 5+ years of communications experience.
- Knowledgeable about employee benefit programs and investments/retirement benefit plans with the ability to write technical knowledge for HR benefits.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
The Job:
- Develop communication strategies.
- Provide tactical communications support for the association’s retirement benefit programs and associated resources.
- Partner with stakeholders and project team members to develop materials designed to educate, inform, and encourage action with respect to appropriate retirement planning behaviors.
- Assist with the design, messaging, and promotion of the association’s conferences and maintain project budgets.
- Complete other tasks and provide additional support as needed.
